This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Quanta Computer (“Company”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the Quanta Computer compliance document repository and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for the sole purpose of browsing, searching, and retrieving CE, FCC, and related regulatory compliance documentation made available to you.
2. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any documentation except as expressly permitted;
- use the Service to disclose confidential information, including customer identities, to unauthorized third parties;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its administrative area, or its underlying systems;
- upload or transmit any malware, or any content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials made available through the Service, including compliance documents, remain the property of the Company or its respective rights holders. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license expressly set out in this Agreement.
4. Compliance Documents
Documents provided through the Service are made available for reference purposes. While we take reasonable care to keep records accurate and current, the Company makes no warranty that any document is complete, error-free, or currently valid for any particular regulatory purpose.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the license granted under this Agreement will immediately cease.
8. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
